The Retailer, who operates under the Aminess Hotels & Campsite brand, manages a website and sells products via its webshop. By using the website, users hereby agree to the General Terms and Conditions and agree to act in accordance with them.


Buyers order products from the webshop via an electronic order form, by selecting a desired article and quantity, entering all data required for the Retailer to offer services, and by choosing a payment method. All prices are expressed in Euro, VAT inclusive; delivery expenses are noted separately. After ordering products, the Buyer will receive an e-mail confirmation of his/her order with a specification of the ordered products.


The Buyer may select one of the following payment methods to pay for the products ordered:

1) Direct bank transfer

After receiving the order from the Buyer, the Retailer will send an invoice to the Buyer via e-mail with the total price of the products ordered and all data necessary to make payment.

2) Credit card

If the Buyer chooses to pay by credit card, the Buyer will be redirected to the website of Web studio d.o.o., an online payment service provider – WSPay, to which separate terms of use and privacy rules apply. When redirected to this site, Buyers enter their personal data and credit card information; the Retailer has no access to this data. WSPay ensures both the Buyer and the Retailer secure entry and transfer of the credit card data provided, as confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by WSPay. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption, as well as the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.


Upon receiving payment, the Retailer will immediately begin preparing the products for shipping, which will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer via a postal services provider. Shipping of products is offered to Croatia and to most EU countries. For shipping information for other countries, please feel free to contact us via the contact information provided above.

We must note that delivery time depends on the address/country of delivery, and that shipping expenses are calculated based on the weight of the package and the address/country of delivery. The Retailer uses Croatian Post’s HPekspres service to ship products.


The Retailer agrees to deliver products that correspond to the product description on In the case of any complaints or defects, or if the wrong products have been delivered, the Buyer has the right

The Buyer has the right to register a complaint within eight (8) calendar days regarding the product purchased or to return the product if it is defective or if the wrong product was delivered. If a complaint is filed, the Buyer must return the product to the Retailer’s address within a time frame agreed upon with the Retailer. Complaints will be accepted if, upon examination, the product is deemed to meet the requirements for return in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act and Consumer Protection Act. The Retailer is required to replace products or refund the entire amount paid within 15 days of receiving a valid, justified complaint from the Buyer. The buyer, who is also a consumer, has the right to unilateral contract termination without providing reason.

1) Calculating the time period for unilateral contract termination

In order to be entitled to unilaterally terminate this Contract, the Buyer, who is also a consumer, must inform the Retailer of the Buyer’s decision to unilaterally terminate the contract prior to the end of the contract term by an unambiguous statement sent by post, fax, or e-mail, in which the Buyer must note his/her first and last name, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address. Buyers may also use the unilateral termination of the contract form at the following link. The time period in which unilateral termination is possible amounts to 14 days from when the Buyer or a third party defined by the Buyer, not including the shipping provider, received the item that is the subject of the Contract.

2) Returns

The Buyer is required to return goods or submit them to the Retailer without undue delay, within a maximum of 14 days from when the Buyer sent the notification of unilateral termination of the Contract to the Retailer.

3) Refunds

If the Buyer, who is also a consumer, terminates the Contract unilaterally, the Retailer will refund the money it has received from the Buyer, including shipping expenses (unless the Buyer chose a non-standard delivery option and not the least expensive delivery option offered), without delay or within 14 days at the latest from receiving the Buyer’s decision to terminate the Contract unilaterally. A refund will be provided only after the goods have been returned to the Retailer, or after the Retailer has received proof that the Buyer has sent the goods back to the Retailer. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer to pay for the goods. If the Buyer accepts another payment method for the refund, he/she will bear no costs regarding the refund.

4) Cost of returning goods

The direct cost of returning goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

5) Consumer responsibility for reduced value of goods

The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling the goods, except for that necessary to affirm the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
